After years of oppression it seems as if Reza has passed much of his control into the hands of others, but this is no reason to rejoice. The new enslavers and tormenters of Neocrons government are two dubious figures which bear the mask of generosity and holiness, but in fact they are - first of all - unscrupulous and aspiring.
